The contribution illustrates a part of the research: "Strategies and Technologies for the valorization of heritage". Objective of the research is to realize new strategies of building recovery and to promote the cultural patrimony local. Le “metropoli del sud del mondo” sono fortemente caratterizzate da significative densità abitative, anche a causa di un incontrollato consumo di suolo e dell’uso improprio del costruito esistente.
